My name is Joseph D., and I'm 34 years old. Born and raised in New York, I spent much of my childhood in Manhattan, where my father owned five restaurants across the city. Growing up immersed in the restaurant industry, I developed a deep understanding and passion for the business.

At the age of 22, I opened my own restaurant. For four years, I faced the myriad challenges that every restaurant owner knows too well: no-show reservations, late arrivals, quiet nights with low revenue, and the frustration of delayed responses to my marketing efforts. Juggling these tasks while trying to maintain the quality of food and service was overwhelming.
